Welcome to helix, a modern product development platform operated by Tomorrow innovation technology Inc ("Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

helix provides:

  • Issue Tracking: Create, assign, and track issues from backlog to done
  • Project Management: Organize work into projects with real-time progress
  • Roadmaps: Plan and visualize your product strategy across the organization
  • Cycles: Group issues into timeboxed sprints to keep momentum

Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Plans and Billing

helix offers Free, PRO, and Enterprise plans. Available plans and pricing are displayed on the pricing page and may change with prior notice.

  • Subscriptions: Billed in advance on the chosen cycle
  • Payments: Processed securely by our payment provider

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or offensive content
  • Violate applicable data protection, privacy, or intellectual property laws
